Jim stops by the kitchen table to talk flotation tanks and all of their amazing uses. If you're curious about floating and where to start check out this episode. Jim is a wonderful ambassador for the modern float movement and is incredibly smart and thoughtful. Visit Just Float in Pasadena too!

Also...BIG NEWS!!! This episode features a new podcast theme song from none other than David Block AKA The Human Experience!!!! I'm so honored that he contributed to this podcast and is part of the IAH family! Check it out!

Jim Hefner is the owner and creator of the Just Float Center in Pasadena, CA. Jim is also a fledgling psycho-naught, serial entrepreneur, MBA, adventure athlete, husband and father, who also happens to be rabid about floating and creating the perfect float environment. Throughout his life, he's been drawn to hobbies and experiences that require perfect commitment to the moment. Whether on a sheer rock face, a mountain bike, a wave, or in a float tank, what matters most to him is the sacred experience of flow, of absolute attention, and freedom from the noise of everyday life.
